Refund policy

Digital products only
Everything sold by The Practical Founder is a digital download. Nothing is shipped. Your files are delivered right after checkout on the order confirmation page and by email.

All sales are final
Because digital files can’t be returned once they’ve been delivered and downloaded, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on digital products. Please read each product description before you buy so you know exactly what’s included.

If something isn’t right with your files
If a file is missing, won’t open, is damaged, or you received the wrong product, email us at staciventura@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. Include your order number and what’s wrong, and we’ll fix it by sending a working file, the correct product, or new download links.

Trouble downloading?
Check your spam or promotions folder for the email titled “Your downloads are ready.” If you still can’t find it, email us with your order number and we’ll resend your download links.

Done-For-You services
Done-For-You SOP Customization orders include customized work prepared for your business. Once work on your files has started, the order can’t be refunded. If you have a concern about your finished files, email us and we’ll work with you to make it right.
